Thx!
I was at the Job Fair for Spirit last year, Jan 2014, and Yuri ( Dont think I spelled his name right. Also think he is DO or something like that) asked how many people had a 737 Type? There were a few in the group who raised their hands. He said great we love guys and gals that have 737 types. It shows that you probably once wanted to go to SWA because of their culture, and we know that SWA culture has changed. He said even though we do different flying here at Spirit our culture is close to what SWA use to be. So basically he was saying that they like guys and gals with the 737 Type because they wanted to go to a job that has the same culture they are looking for in their pilots. I had a buddy there that did get hired with his 737 Type. So short answer is it might actually help you more than you think.
