ANC is easy to get (still junior base) and will result in the fastest climb up the base seniority list
LAX is also available, though growth there has nearly stalled.
Seniority is assigned by age first day of class, so unless you are the baby of the group, your shot at getting a lower 48 base is quite good. Worst case, the following position bid will be a ticket out.
All RSV's sit short call UNLESS they bid for long call line. Buyer beware, you are the first wave out of the trenches and WILL fly significantly more than a short call pilot.
