Being displaced with pay is the best option.
If they want to entice someone to VOLUNTARILY accept moving to bunkie by offering add pay, that is one thing. But one should not be forced to do it just because they will pay you more. Some lineholders may desire to have those days off (especially if it happens on a weekend), rather then the add pay. To each their own, but make the move at the pilot's decision.

Said FO is no longer on the pairing. Unfortunately I am unable to see his schedule (must have opted out!) so no idea what happened to him (with regards to trip/pay).
That being said.. more of these "E3IRO" pairings are popping up!
And, with regards to PBS... Got Bid Group 11, but Completion Mode 1. However, there are more
Unavailable (Frozen for IOE) trips then ever before. And not just 76-4 trips (which are a bunch), but also 75-2 trips!
So, the question becomes- Has this Grievance resulted in a lose of bidable trips for the EWR756 community? (someone from the other BES will need to chime in..)
In my case, there were 1188 trips in my bid pool, of which 33 where held back for IOE and it left 85 trips to build me a line.
And some of these "held back" trips are trips I (unfortunately) use to get..
BHX, MAN, OSL, LIS, DUB, SNN...
Oh well..the fun continues~
