I think the biggest problem will be to keep the training program up to speed. With over 1500 pilots on property by this summer needing recurrent, 60 new hires a month, and 30+ upgrades a month, the training department has some serious work to do to be ready for all of this. They are doing the work, but I just hope that they are ready. We need a few more 700 sims!!!
