If your in the bottom 15 or so your not senior enough to hold reserve so you'll get a line or open flying, which are all trips too. Bummer is there is little open time to trade with so your kinda stuck with what you get. The all niter stuff also goes fairly senior too. As in GDL MEX

On reserve in lax you'll fly around 20-40 hours. 79 guarantee so it's not that bad of a deal if you live there.
