Just keep in mind that the funds offered, altough they have the same name as the real fund, have a different 5 letter code. That is because there are additional management fees so Schwab can get their kickback. It may sound petty but remember you are paying those fees even on a down year. The management fees are charged on the entire principle not just the gain, year after year.
I am well aware. I'll pay for better performance though, and the funds I have have beaten their benchmarks & the S&P for 3,5, & 10 year periods (minus my bond holdings and international funds).
