This is good to hear. My first job fair with Spirit, I was questioned about my 737 Higher Power type. I explained it away, but not sure how good it did, never heard back. For my second Spirit Job Fair, I removed Higher Power from my resume, left the 737 type, but explained it away again.
At the interview, I was asked twice about it, twice about whether I would leave for Southwest if they called. I answered honestly, which I can say, especially since I turned down an interview invite with Southwest.
I hope the 737 type doesn't cause anyone to lose a chance at Spirit, sounds like it's changed to be a good thing.
