If you don't count the Brasilia bases which are shrinking rapidly the smallest base is Tucson with 17 crews. The largest base is SLC with 239 crews. there are over 300 captains in SLC due to the training department being there but only 239 FOs. COS has about 40 crews with the most junior FO being brand new.
Bigger domiciles have more trip variety. DEN has commutable trips, non commutable trips, and everything from locals to 4 days. COS being a maintenance base has less trip variety and fewer commutable trips. A lot of trips are early show late release and there aren't many locals.
Outstation bases will start early, finish late, hubs will start later and finish earlier. Between DEN and COS, DEN will give a slightly better QOL, and more variety due to the larger amount of crews. Outstations tend to be more senior as people relocate and stay, hubs have turnover.
