Is there anything that can be done about that? Seriously, the percentage is ridiculous. Not reflecting normal demographic at all.
The customer experience is effected by the flaming attitude. Same with gate agents. Both males and females.
I understand their job is stressful, but I have been seeing some real poor customer service lately.
Our customers chose to fly with us, they don't have to. If we don't offer something different, why not using Spirit? Or AA?
We can't have people with no real stake in the company ruining the jetBlue experience, if we downsize, they can start another job for whatever they make now. We lose seniority, longevity, etc etc.
