Staybridge said JB was paying $60 a night. I would think to recoup the capital investment from The Lodge it's going to take a long, long time.
It is also a real estate investment. Not only a write off.
I like the idea, use it for other work groups, pilots need to stay there much longer, we should stay in the hotels.
By the way, the Staybridge was convenient, but the was the worst out of the other extended stay in the area.
