i had lots of good things about myself lined up to talk about during the panel. either by not getting the chance or forgetting, i would say i probably delivered about half of it. turns out, that was enough.
To everyone trying to get hired:

Read and absorb the post above. It's very clear. The dude prepared, had stories ready, was genuinely excited, showed a positive attitude, engaged everyone he could on interview day, and didn't even have the time to talk about everything he wanted to during the panel portion of the interview (as opposed to guys running out of stuff to say, or having nothing prepared at all.)

The secret is out gents. No more need for the constant questions and trying to crack the code. It's in black and white above. Frontier is looking for professional and personable, prepared and well qualified guys that are willing to show how much they want to be employed. So, if you're sitting around doing crosswords during interview day and keeping to yourself....yeah good luck, you make folks like our new friend "flyboyx" look even better!

Congrats Fly!!
