This whole lodge thing will definitely have to be addressed. It is such a step backwards for the pilot group that newbies should really not be commenting on it. Just because it's better than a tent in Iraq or some xyz crap regional doesn't make it right.

I think the lack of communication from the company reminds me of the decision to change our insurance, overtime pay and this whole bonus system for new hires.
