And I agree....the newbs are sipping the blue juice pretty hard right now....that's understandable. They're excited to be here. The realism will hit them soon enough.

Don't get me wrong, it's still a great place to work, but there's a LOT of work to do to make this place a destination and not a stepping stone for so many...
