pilotcrusader sounds like one of those types that has been at envoy for 12 to 15 years after getting his comm'l/inst and hasn't been anywhere else. Now he's frustrated and bitter that his career hasn't progressed as he planned. I think he needs to put on his big boy pants and stop blaming PSA and everyone else for Envoys situation.
