Yeah, I'm pretty sure the FO's will be chinese...also the observer. You will have a "Political Officer/Observer" in the JS for every flight. He will shoot you in the back of the head in case you attempt to defect to the west
That's not enough money to fly an airliner AND play CFI for for an FO who's english is probably horrible at best.
