Nobody really knows but they will email the pilots about the app window and it will probably get posted here. As far as app to phone call, it depends on many factors. Most people have had apps in for years but a great applicant with good time who networks well and goes to these events could be called fairly soon. I would say lots of interview prep is good but no matter what else you do, if you don't go to the rainier prep you are hurting yourself. They are very much Alaska specific and some interview tactics and such that work at other airlines may not work here. Just schedule it for the day before an interview if you don't live in SEA. If you're at the Pacific Northwest conference for 2 days, feel it out. Walk by the booth and if it's different people get back in line. It's ok to get to the front and target someone you didn't speak with yesterday. As far as dress code, people are saying a suit is silly. Do what you wish but most people either had a suit or matching blazer/slacks with a conservative tie. Don't be the underdressed one. Feel free to PM if you have spacific questions about anything.
