No, I'm not senior, just a prestrike pilot tired of the good ol boy Spirit Alpa club playing favorites.
A first come first come first served DOT that is all electronic does not play favorites. The key is all open time should be posted and available for swap or pickup even inside 48 hrs to include pairings already assigned to reserves. The reserve would have to own the pairing at some point so maybe 5 hrs to push it's no longer available on flica.
