Yep, the same tough guys that just voted themselves a concession are going to have a hissy-fit because people that have been here longer make more money. BTW, here are some fun facts:
My pre-strike pay scale was higher than my post-strike pay scale.
Pilots that were here 6 months got a 7K bonus; while the 15 year guys got 3K. Yeah, the senior guys really ran away with it.
If you want change this time, better change the NC while you can, because 70% of this entire group (including you new tough guys) will vote yes to anything they put in front of you.
A couple of counter-points.
First, the idea that the pilot group voted in a concession is VERY subjective. I'm a no voter, but I understand the different points of view on the issue. There are some here that believe their quality of life improves with this LOA, and for some, maybe it does. This is not necessarily a black and white concession.
Second, perhaps I'm missing something, but unless you were on first year pay (which further proves my point that the junior guys got fukced), your pay went up. Yeah the junior guys got a higher bonus to help offset the anal fisting they took, but for the run of the contract they were sold out by guys that had 7+ yrs of seniority.
