I would say interview prep at Alaska is a requirement. They interview differently than other airlines. It was 70% Brown Nose your way into the job and 30% Do you know how to fly. Make sure you get all the Core Values down and how to apply them (even though the Company doesn't follow them themselves.) They believe they're giving you a PHD in Aviation, it's really just a BS like all the rest, but they like to think they have it all figured out.
If you REALLY want to stay in the PNW, then this is a Co for you. Otherwise I'd suggest hitting them all (But NEVER tell AS that.)

That's some funny [stuff] Baja. I have to say.... you have some things right but not all. When we had a sim eval back in the day, it was 50% "can you fly" and the rest was [roses]. Seriously bud, all airline interviews these days are run by the HR folks. I'm sure Delta isn't too different. I'm glad that you finally get to drive to work. Alaska[] Air[lines] is a perfect fit for most of us who prefer to live on the left coast. As much as I [whine] about this place, it's a pretty good place to work. Nothing is perfect in life as you know. I just hope Delta doesn't buy us or I too will be full of [love] and vinegar like you.
