I understand those jobs are stressful and don't pay much, but they are the front line. We have too much at risk, and there is plenty nice people out there looking for minimum wages job. Personality in those position is everything for our stability. We are not a network carrier. Our customer chose to fly with us, don't have to.
Next time you see a customer mistreat, report it. Our job is at risk.

I get what you're saying, but let's face facts. Being gay has nothing to do with customer service or the lack thereof. Look at Disney for example. I've seen the worst customer service come out of the ghetto-fied FAs and AO agents.....they're straight, not flaming.

I do have to agree that if we don't stop some of the issues we're having with how some of our people are treating our customers we're gonna have problems down the road. That's a screening and a follow up on a supervisors issue. We need to at least not act like we're so desperate for people we'll hire anyone.
