You live in JFK? You've got it made. Getting about $1400 on the 8th- first pay period which includes the per diem - and 1200 on the 20th. No medical being taken out. Was at 5% contribution to 401 to get company match. Per diem is variable of course and I've been used for a single leg on day one of five day reserve availability. Yes, a raise for a regional FO (especially for me because JB required me to go to a regional for 200 hrs of recency while I was in phase II- first year at Envoy was about $380 a week). Philosophically, I believe first year should be in the 70 range. But, as pointed out, it's par for the course year one. Left FSI a year ago making just shy of six figures so I'll break even - or likely go ahead- at year three here.
