I do have to agree that if we don't stop some of the issues we're having with how some of our people are treating our customers we're gonna have problems down the road. That's a screening and a follow up on a supervisors issue. We need to at least not act like we're so desperate for people we'll hire anyone.
And we do need to report mistreatment. It's our own brand and niche to be at risk.
As far as the gay, I have seen some of the best customer service provided by gays. But I also have seen the entire inflight crew ganging up as divas and giving poor experience in the cabin when there are all only men fa. Whatever social issue that can be.
But I don't care gay straight bisexual. Just treat our customers right.
Or there will be no jetBlue in few years.
We have to start putting pressure on that. Report the wrong doers.
