My research shows the 737-900ER with a range of about 2700nm. The longest range any 737 offers is the -700 at about 3300nm.
I seriously doubt ANY 737 could make it nonstop from EWR to AMS, much less IAH, but if you say so...
That's only about 4300 nm IAH to AMS! EWR-AMS is ~3600nm.
