I too got the email and also couldn't get back in. I tried to log onto the website and my account didn't show up. So I even made a new account. Turns out that was the wrong part of the site. What I signed up for the second time around was a frequent flier account. Anyway, here is what I did.

Go to the careers part of the web site. See if there is a place to access your profile. I had no luck with this so I clicked on one of the random jobs. When the job came up there was a link at the top to update my profile. At this point I was able to log into my original account and update the profile I made the first time around. I never did figure out how to delete a resume. I uploaded my most current one and now have three resumes on there. Maybe they will see this as me continuing to update, maybe they will boot me for not being smart enough to figure it out. Who knows. Maybe the site should be a bit more user friendly.
