It is true that the company has "issues" many IT related. You do get the first taste of it during the application process. Overall I must admit I was disappointed to see this first hand hand as a new hire. Coming from a regional I thought things would be the same or better at Frontier. Most things (company related) are the same or worse.
The silver lining is that I have been very impressed with the training department and all the current pilots. Sure saying the company needs some improvements is an understatement. However, I think that with such a good group of pilots things will improve over time.
Coming to Frontier now may not be as desirable as other majors, but I think the upside is worth the risk. Time will tell.
