Good reasons. Shrinking fleet, chaos in the scheduling, no one knows if or when management will ever get their act together and decide what the fleet plan is--it changes often.
A bunch of really senior people on it will never move off unless they get a bump. Little to no movement--BAT fiasco, and bumps in certain domiciles.
And.....the pay isn't that different than the guppy. So why be stuck with reserve for a log time when you can have drastically better QOL quickly on the guppy?

Go for QOL (base) and quickest senority progression IMO. For FOs, the 757, A320, and 737-8 and -9 all pay the same. A 80+ hour line is much better than forever reserve unless of course you live in base.
