Yes, hourly they do, but you have to take into account "blended rates", and international ove3rr rides in pay and per diem...
Even just sittin at home, I make more than an A320 pilot getting a line in EWR.
He was talking about hourly rate, not total pay. And the hourly rate is the same. The pay is basically the same, not enough of a difference to make a seniority move for most pilot just because on reserve the blended rate is higher then guppy or bus pay.
