Default FDX vs AA Pay Rates...

AA now pays new hires 75 an hour.

A sampling of some realistic data points (I'm not going to compare Year 3 777 Captains or Year 1 A380 FOs as neither company will "ever" have a guy in that position...):

year 9-10 757 FO (where many of us are stuck at FDX) at AA: $161 (757 is Group 3) vs
FDX 144

year 10-11 757 CA at AA $240 vs
FDX 215

year 10-11 767 CA (767-300 is Group 3) at AA $282 vs
FDX 251

Don't even ask me to compare their 777 (group 4) rates to ours....
But if you're are curious...
Year 10-11 777 FO AA $192 vs our $177 and

Year 12+ AA 777 CA:
$284 (2015)
$293 (2016)
$301 (2017)
$311 (2018)
$320 (2019)
vs
Year 15+ FDX $261

I guess we can get used to hearing "But we aren't the passenger guys..." like they kept telling us pre 9/11....
