Anybody know if DAL stiff-arms applicants with black marks on their record? I have an arrest for a couple of misdemeanor traffic violations from my college days 15 years ago, and have gotten intel that Delta won't call me with those on my record. I don't think the arrest will stop you. It happened in college. We all have skeletons. It really depends on how you describe the details in your app. Make sure you take ownership. Don't come off as "I got a bad deal", but more like "I made a mistake at an early age, learned a valuable lesson, and haven't had any issues with law enforcement since". Also, I think the sooner you get over that 2000 hour mark, the quicker that call might come. Are you a mid-career guy or a retiree?
