You do realize that Skywest paid their pilots the same for both the CR2 and CR7 not too long ago, in fact, they were the only one in the industry to do so. It was the reason why Jerry & Co. started moving CR7's from ASA to Skywest after the acquisition in '05.
Close but 100% wrong. There was a vote on a paypackage that included a 700 pay override provision, it was sold by SAPA as a formality, since there were no 700s visible. They ended the paypackage vote 4 hours early, and announced a whole bunch of 700s that morning. SAPA is Skywest's advertizing agency, they pimp whatever Jerry, Mike want at that moment in time. Jerry probably moved those 700s over to teach you a lesson, scare the natives so to speak.
