Every time I read anything you post it's about the training department. When the majority of trainees have issues, at least part of the problem has to be the training. From what I am hearing it is unnecessarily disorganized, backward and difficult Low time and high time trainees are both having trouble getting through.
Other companies manage to get low hour hires online, and say what you will about Comair, their training department managed to get a lot of even lower time trainees through their training.
