That sounds false, since it actually seems to have quite the effect on hiring, given the apparent ban on interviewing RAH pilots. No point in getting into the question here of why an RAHer would want to apply or how many have apps in, but a few RAH pilots (some junior ones I know of) do have an app in and have also been told that they'll never get a call. They appear to have at least competitive resumes based on what I've seen of F9 hiring lately. If accurate, it's an interesting policy and not a very friendly one when we all appreciate the privilege of occupying a jumpseat sometimes.
