They appear to have at least competitive resumes based on what I've seen of F9 hiring lately. If accurate, it's an interesting policy and not a very friendly one when we all appreciate the privilege of occupying a jumpseat sometimes.

Do you know whether this is currently the case?
Well I guess that answers my main question. Wasn't trying to throw darts or troll. Disclaimer-- I'm a Republic pilot. I was hired after F9 was already sold off...Just wondering if my resume is tainted so long as it says "Republic Airways" on it... Or do I stand a chance if I go to a career fair and say "Im sorry about Republic, I promise I'm not d-bag, please hire me."

Some CA told me that Frontier was supposed to honor a Republic pilots seniority if/when hired... Sounded false, was just wondering if that were the case and the explanation for lack of RAH guys hired, or can I thank RAH management for that? In all honesty, every one of your pilots at F9 seem like great guys that I would love to work with.
