Short answer: Whatever the Honeywell or Collins is going to do.
I think the whole point of mental math questions on the test is to ensure pilots are able to double-check whether what the Honeywell or Collins is doing is reasonable. That said, this one is a pretty goofy question with little real world applicability. Curious if it's actually on the test or where the poster got it from.
