There is no PIC time requirement to speak to Spirit at the Women in Aviation conference. Granted, WAI is not strictly a 'job fair' and it is not only for pilots either. Flight attendants, mechanics and all other positions are recruited for at WAI.
I went two years ago. By far the biggest aviation job fair out there, and consisted of mostly males. Spirit wasn't there back then, but glad to see they are there this year for those wishing to get on here.
