It doesn't look like anybody wil get paid the 1st year rate for the Jets.
Seat bidding has to go through the seniority, and there's plenty of people hoping for some longer routes, the possibility of hub bases (unconfirmed).
2nd Year pay is similar on both, and the jet pay exceed dash pay on year 3, but you should already be in upgrade territory by then anyway.
