You should look into the All Nippon Airlines program in BFL.

You will be working with Senior 747 line captains to train newhire FO's from zero to get them ready for 737, 767 or 747.

They pay well and have sponsored candidates in the past.

One of my buddies from there finally got his green card and is in groundschool at a regional right now...
