How will these pilots know what we are worth and what is fair if they have no idea what industry average even is?
Approximately one year ago, the members of Local 109 showed up "en masse" at at local meeting. They were involved and motivated. They offered up and then passed a couple of resolutions. The union then proceeded to ignore the members of that local.
When you lecture the members on apathy, you must also acknowledge the role played by the leaders.
