Maybe an old tired question but I am having a hard time sleeping anymore waiting for an email from Delta. I've been studying the question banks and Cog tests for a while now. Question is, How do I get them to notice my resume for an interview. I have 10,100 hrs. Currently 121 Captain at regional and have had my app in for 2 years. Bad points are, no military, no Check Airmen, no internal rec's and several Checkride failures but none since CFI.
