Maybe an old tired question but I am having a hard time sleeping anymore waiting for an email from Delta. I've been studying the question banks and Cog tests for a while now. Question is, How do I get them to notice my resume for an interview. I have 10,100 hrs. Currently 121 Captain at regional and have had my app in for 2 years. Bad points are, no military, no Check Airmen, no internal rec's and several Checkride failures but none since CFI.
From all accounts, the internal Rec will have your app pulled and scored. Whether or not that fits what they're looking for is pretty much a mystery and nothing is guaranteed.
I'm hoping for it too buddy, keep your head up.
