Bad points are, no military, no Check Airmen, no internal rec's and several Checkride failures but none since CFI.
I and many others feel your pain. Definitely do what the other guy states. Get some internals to submit a LOR to delta pilot selection. It may not get you an invite, but they will look at it. To get some recommendations just talk to some DL guys and tell them what you are trying to do. I've done that and have become acquaintances with some that have sent a rec in for me. I've found 9-10 won't help you out - they don't know you - but there is always some who are willing to help a persistent guy out.

I haven't had an invite, but through this I know I have had my app reviewed.

Good luck, you aren't alone. Every day I wonder what gives. Especially when we see others around with similar quals getting an invite and we are doing all we know to do. It's just the way it is, but hopefully they do pay attention to persistence and maybe give guys that are a shot - eventually.
