If I was a Management Troll, I'd look at this thread and realize that the perfect way to divide our pilots would be to simply throw a bone at the senior guys but not the junior guys (or vice versa) and watch both sides try to kill each other. Unity? What unity?

Do you guys not see that this thread was started by a guy who has NO dog in this fight? He has nothing better to do than stir the pot. To you guys who are fighting it out on this forum, do you still have your eye on the ball. There is a time and a place for this old guy/young guy fight. But it ain't right now!
