Color me confused as well. If you spend 2 weeks at the school house, you get $1250 (35 hours). So if you spend 4, $1250 more, do they not pay if you take 6+? Why do people take breaks? Seems silly to take it unpaid since we know what training pay is (per month).
I don't know where the $3500 number comes in, I sure never saw that much.
