At Alaska, generally we have to keep our lines between 75 and 90 hours while trading with company open time. We can only trade or pickup in domicile with this open time.
Pilot-to-pilot, we can trade/drop up to FAR limits and down to 0 if you can find enough takers. Pilots may trade/pick up whole or partial trips with no restriction to domicile. We have jr. pilots in LA and ANC trying to drop their entire line so they can pick up P2P in SEA. Not sure how often it works out, but I've seen people post a BOS-SEA leg. More frequently, an ANC-SEA leg will be picked up by a commuter.
