You obviously have self-aggrandizing tendencies. You forget that RAH was (and STILL is) in contract negotiations since 2007 and BB's chance to play in a bigger sandbox (and spend tremendous amounts of RAH money on it) left RAH pilots and that theoretical contract once again as only an afterthought. Those lanyards were handed out with zero comments from our EXCO regarding anything related to to F9 - they had nothing to do with you. The only rhetoric coming from the EXCO was related to RAH getting a better contract... Perhaps you recall the "we are one" pins RAH tossed to everyone for a while. That, plus no RAH contract was plenty of incentive for a yellow lanyard that would bring some RAH solidarity to the act of obtaining a contract that didn't (and doesn't) top out at $36.62 for FOs.
