Southwest flight attendants are paid VERY well. Assuming they work 120 TFP a month, which is very easy, a FIRST year flight attendant will make total compensation of 40K for the year. That number is assuming a 10% 401K contribution which then gets a company match of 9.3% plus around 5K per diem. We have many pay topped out flight attendants that work a full schedule (maybe 18 days a month) that top 100K per year.
