Im not afraid to speak up and I do talk to them in person. If they refuse to do the ETOPS checks that are required I do them after I show them the proper way to do it in the FM. It has caused some flight decks to be uncomfortable but I'm not going to wreck my 30 year career because you have seen it all and are "pacing" yourself from your 30 year career.
