Lol. You have been here less than 6 months. Most of us measure stagnation in terms of years. You are in a junior category filled mostly by seat locked new hires. You came in right when the category stopped growing. Give it some time, guys in front of you will bid to bigger aircraft and you will move up. It happens in waves.
