95% of FOs at atlas already have plenty of PIC time, so it's hard to say. Those that don't come here because they weren't going to upgrade at their shrinking regional. No brainer there.
When you interview at a major and they ask about the flying do you think they are more impressed with the guy who flew to San Antonio from DFW 20x in 6 months or the one who has flown to every continent and crossed every ocean in the last 6 months in a million pound plane? Who would they think would get through IOE on one of their non domestic types easier? Seeing HR rules the world now it's probably who had better math grades in middle school or something, so who knows.
