Details of your salary will be included in the New Hire Letter sent from the Pilot Recruitment Team. You officially become a JetBlue Crewmember on your first day of Orientation. There is no “probationary” period. Pilots receive training pay computed at the prorated amount of $2000.00 per month. You will receive your first training paycheck (prorated for the number of days you were in training that month) either around the 5th or the 20th of the month depending on your class start date. Once on line, paychecks are sent on the 5th and 20th of every month. Note: Direct deposit can not be guaranteed for your first paycheck. The initial paycheck will be delivered to you at the training center for your convenience. Your pay will transition to First Officer pay upon completion of training
also regarding the food credit/allotment...
During your Initial training, you are provided a food credit of $26.00 daily for use purchasing your meals at the Galley restaurant or food only purchases at Tailfin Bar or “On the Fly”.

There was a previous poster who theorized about staying at his regional versus coming to JB. Even with our warts aplenty, if you can survive first year pay there's a lot more stability and less bs to deal with once you hit the line. Plus, if you're still an FO our first year pay, crappy as it is, should still be a raise. Finally, coming to JetBlue seems to be a great way to get your resume looked at at UA, DL, or AA if one of those is your ultimate goal
